| Requirements for all Pittsburgh Camerata
Singers: 9 performances in total 3 concerts with 3 performances 1-3 run-outs (extra concerts) weekly rehearsal Monday evenings from 7:30 - 10:00 PM Sixth Presbyterian Church, Squirrel Hill 1 fundraiser each year |
Costs: Annual subscription & music fee - This fee buys 2 series tickets and the music for the current season. Concert dress - tuxedo for men, standard dress (from catalog) for women

Auditions for the 2007-08 season are by appointment only. (To schedule an audition, contact Gail
Luley at 412-421-5884 or gmluley@pittsburghcamerata.org) You will
be asked to bring two pieces to sing, one
in English and one in a foreign language, preferably German, French, or Latin.
An accompanist will be provided. In addition to your selections, you
will be vocalized to determine range and vocal quality, and your sight-reading
and other musical skills will be tested. The Pittsburgh Camerata expects a high
level of vocal proficiency and musical skill in its singers. If you have a CV
or resume please bring a copy. Plan to arrive 5 minutes before the
scheduled time to fill out a short information sheet.
